We are looking for
English-speaking Program Manager (On-site) to join one of our exciting projects.

What you'll experience with us

As a Program Manager in our team, you will:

  • Ensure the introduction and transfer best practices including but not limited to recruitment, reporting, P&L management, motivation, staff retention, training, escalation, disaster recovery, contract management, etc.
  • Increase the maturity of services able to be provided
  • Build strong productive working relationships with your customers and their management teams
  • Ensure Service Desk achieve the agreed Service Levels
  • Organize regular service reviews with your customers
  • Grow the business of the Service Desk with existing customers
  • Review and ensure the maintenance of optimum resource levels
  • Manage P&L to meet planed revenues and performance
  • Control, verify and manage costs of services
  • Work closely with the Account manager and Client Director to improve quality and efficiency
  • Hold regular team meetings and ensure regular communication motivate and communicate with onsite staff via meetings and adhoc briefings

We'll be a great match if you:

  • Are proficient or bilingual in English
  • Have demonstrable management experience within outsourced service delivery environment
  • Have operational / business management experience
  • Have excellent financial management, P& L management skills and strong people management skills interpersonal skills, appraisal skills, interviewing skills
  • Can work alone, under pressure and to deadlines
  • Can implement and manage change
  • Have excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Have excellent decision making/problem solving skills

It would be a plus if you have:


  • Experience of working with subcontractor(s)

- Service management qualification is desirable - ITIL preferred

Educated to degree level or above:


  • Business knowledge and commercial awareness
