_ Duties and Responsibilities_
As Finance Administrative Assistant, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:

  • Receive and record in the general cashier's daily report and include in the daily deposit all cash and checks received in the mail.
  • Prepares and makes the bank deposit. Assures that all receipts for the day are deposited the following banking day.
  • Prepares General Cashier's Daily Report and issue official receipts for cheques and other cash receipts.
  • Prepares the monthly report on foreign currency sold and purchased after the end of each month.
  • Reconciles balance of cash in bank.
  • Prepares payroll every month.
  • Provides information to hosts and managers on payroll matters, tax issues, benefit plans, and collective agreement provisions.
  • Obtain receiving reports and original invoices from Cost Control section.
  • Ascertains that all goods received, and invoices have been verified by the Cost Control Section.
  • Match invoices with purchase orders, receiving reports and checks invoices as to quantity and price with other records which are verifying by authorized person.
  • Files invoices, purchase orders and receiving reports until they are due for payment.
  • Presents payment vouchers for approval before checks are prepared.
  • Prepares check vouchers for payment and maintain record of amount of check drawn each day.
  • Complies with governmental and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Compiles statistical, financial, accounting or auditing reports and tables pertaining to such matters as cash receipts, expenditures, accounts payable and receivable, and profits and losses.
  • Complies with governmental and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
  • Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.

_ Qualifications_


To execute this position, I have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar or greater role in luxury hotels with proven results.


  • At least, one year of experience in a similar role.
  • I possess a minimum Finance or Accounting diploma/degree.
  • Technical skills include advanced MS Office, Outlook platforms and Materials Control (MC), plus able to operate 10key calculators and to perform calculations. I am also familiar with various hotel systems including POS, PMS and CRM platforms
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Spanish.
  • Valid European work permit is mandatory.
