Logiscenter is the leading assisted e-commerce provider of AIDC technology solutions in Europe, working with the largest brands in the industry (Zebra, Honeywell, Datalogic, Elo etc) to provide our customers with the best possible solutions and services for their business needs.


We are a dynamic company with a young International team, on a mission to become the leading AIDC reseller in the UK and Ireland market.

Our international commercial team is growing to help develop operations in the United Kingdom.

Tasks


What you Will doLogiscenter:

Your tasks will be focussed on supporting the sales team and acquiring net-new business within the UK & Ireland with the following responsibilities:

  • Telephone customer service and account management
  • Manage a porfolio of accounts, regularly updating ERP with follow ups and quotations
  • Create and manage quotations and documentation
  • Construct strong customer relationships by assuring customer satisfaction through post sales service and effective solution selling
  • Negotiate with suppliers, customers and distributors to maximise profit margins for the business
  • Offer hands on customer support.

Requirements:


What we are looking for:


  • Strong customer service and relationship building skills
  • Experience in telesales and/or ecommerce
  • Experience in sales and customer service preferably within the IT sector
  • Results driven and dedicated to exceeding sales targets


  • English speaker required

  • Other European languages would be a plus, especially Spanish and Dutch
  • Available to work from Madrid already resident in Madrid preferred
  • Willingness to learn and grasp new business/technical concepts

Full-time

  • Salary range: 24.000€ to 30.000€ gross / year + comissions (according to your skills, knowledge & work experience).
