On behalf of a fast-growing French SME, leader in the field of natural and organic cosmetic ingredients, our recruitment agency is looking for a BtoB Sales Manager to strengthen the company's presence on the Iberian and Latin America markets.


Main responsibilities:


You will be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing end users in Spain, providing solutions tailored to their specific needs.
  • Manage and stimulate the distributor network in South America by establishing long term strategic partnerships.
  • Working with the R&D and Marketing teams to design and promote innovative products and effective sales campaigns.
  • Represent the company at professional events, trade fairs and conferences in order to increase its presence in the designated markets.
  • Conducting market research to identify trends and business opportunities.

Profile required:


  • Higher education (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in chemistry or cosmetic chemistry with a strong interest in natural and organic products.
  • Significant experience in international business development, preferably in the cosmetic ingredients sector. (production or distribution)
  • Fluent Spanish and English required and a good level of French is a must for dealing with the parent company.
  • Ability to work independently, strong results orientation and excellent interpersonal skills.

Location and Conditions:


  • Contract type: Permanent contract with regular travel required.
  • Salary: €60,000 gross per annum over 12 months with a bonus of up to 15% depending on performance.
