Descripción del puesto:


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Participate in developing HR strategies, guidelines, and procedures
  • Support all internal and external HR related activities
  • Collaborate with Manager to develop a strong understanding of the organizational unit culture, business strategy, and talent profiles to deliver on the needs of the business
  • Support in organizational development activities
  • Investigate complaints brought forward by employees
  • Recruitment management
  • Support employee development plans, performance management, and training activities
  • Support in corporate communication activities
  • Manage the organization's employee database, documentation and submit reports on general HR activity
  • Perform onboarding process for new employees
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans
  • Keep uptodate with the latest HR trends and best practice
  • All other activities according to Supervisor request on behalf of job position requirements

Perfil:


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Minimum bachelor's degree (economy, social sciences, psychology)
  • Experience in the same or similar job key activities and responsibilities
  • Knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Excellent in English in writing and speaking,
  • Excellent professional and soft skills
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition process
