We are seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Recruiter to join our growing team.

As a Talent Recruiter at our agency, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and securing talent for our clients across various industries.

This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about connecting people with meaningful career opportunities and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Tasks

Collaborate closely with our clients to understand their unique hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions
Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and facilitate the placement process from start to finish
Stay uptodate on industry trends, market insights, and best practices in recruitment to continually improve our services

Requirements:

1 to 2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Experience in a fastpaced agency environment is a plus but not a must
Ability to thrive in a resultsdriven environment, meeting and exceeding targets and deadlines
Passion for helping others succeed and a genuine interest in the recruitment industry
A humble team player who inspires trust and is ready to take the initiative with a fun team
