POSITION SUMMARY
- Print and organize necessary documents, summarize information, and distribute to employees.
- Keep updated on company safety programs, local, state, and federal regulations.
- Adhere to food safety policies and procedures, maintain records, and ensure proper filing of reports and invoices.
- Calculate figures for inventories, orders, and costs.
- Conduct inventory audits, notify of low stock levels, troubleshoot vendor delivery issues, and track received inventory.
- Reconcile shipping invoices, refuse damaged items, assist in training employees.
- Ensure quality standards are met, report accidents, and follow company policies.
- Assist in ensuring guest service and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting objects, standing for extended periods, and moving through different spaces.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: Minimum 2 years.
Supervisory Experience: Minimum 1 year.
License or Certification: Not required.
