You will oversee the department's operations in alignment with Hyatt International's strategies and brand standards with a focus on satisfying employees, guests, and owners. As the Cluster Revenue Analyst, you will offer guidance on revenue accounting and best business practices within the hotel. Reporting directly to the Cluster Director of Revenue, you will manage all technical accounting aspects of the hotel's revenue streams and ensure compliance with revenue recognition policies, collaborating closely with sales, operations, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and manage a Property Management System
Analyze monthly strategy results and provide necessary communication to hotel teams
Develop and propose sales strategies for transient customers, wholesale, and group segments

Requirements:

University degree in Strategic Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, or Revenue Management preferred
1 to 3 years of experience in rooms/revenue division management
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in computer skills
Proficient in both Spanish and English (reading, writing, and oral skills)
