As an instructional designer for the Consumer Business Unit, you will be responsible for the discovery, design, creation, maintenance, and delivery of different course materials, both online and in person.

You will work closely with multiple cross-company stakeholders to identify course goals and ongoing training and a development strategy for our Consumer Care, Consumer Business Unit, and Clinic staff.

You will also focus on integrating innovative online/in-person techniques and technology to ensure your target training audience has a successful learning experience.


Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Provides instructional design support through consultation with individuals and ongoing collaboration to help prioritize materials and training dates.
  • Develops course materials for delivery of facetoface, hybrid, and online courses.
  • Collaborates, assists, develops and participates in the facilitation of professional development workshops and design, online teaching, and technology enhancements.
  • Validate materials with our medical review, legal and compliance teams to ensure we are within the scope of what we can and cannot share with internal and external customers.
  • Collaborates with Project Managers to create and maintain work plans, issues list, decision lists, risks, and status reports that impact instructional content.
  • Maintains tools and processes to support the effectiveness of the training program; updates training plan as directed to incorporate these learnings.
  • Promotes a team atmosphere that is conducive to the overall accomplishment of goals, schedules, and deadlines.
  • Works closely with our Medical Education team to ensure alignment with instructional framework and design for our internal and external customers.

Job Specifications:


  • Bilingual (spoken and written): fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Bachelor's degree in teaching or similar emphasis, with a minimum of three years of Instructional Design experience and adult learning.
  • Experience in managing an LMS (Learning Management System).
  • Healthcare related training background is a plus
  • Good people management skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Sustaining energy and wellbeing, building resilience in teams.
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time throughout Europe/APAC.
  • Solutionfocused problemsolving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM (Salesforce), and training tools.
  • Possesses critical thinking.
  • Strong attention to detail, highly organized, team player with a customercentric attitude.
