- Organize and carry out the activities planned in the individual and group care plan.
- Accompany the child in becoming aware of their social and family reality by supporting them in this process.
- Attend and support families in their requests or needs to promote a therapeutic parental relationship with adolescents.
- Attend to the child's needs in a way that allows for their proper overall development: physical, biological, cognitive, emotional, social, and educational needs.
- Participate in the design, update and monitoring of the socio-educational care process of the center and the organization, being an active member of the education team with a common agreement base, as well as unified goals and action criteria.
- Observation and recording of incidents.
- Participation in the preparation of reports (PEI, ITSE, etc.).
- Welcoming and registration of admissions.
- Opening and closing of files.
- Dynamize, teach, and evaluate programs of activities or workshops related to your work environment.
- Interact with other resources involved in the education process of adolescents to facilitate the proper care of users.
- Provide support in the environment and support for conducting tasks, community support, and/or training to develop social skills and improve family relationships.
- Analyze the personal, family, and social situation of the child to develop an individual educational intervention project.
- Degree in Social Education and/or specialized in Social Education, or CFGS Social Integration.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Social Educator in the care of children and young people in reception centers.
- Systemic training.
- Training in trauma.
- Knowledge of the legal and administrative framework for the care of adolescents in situations of neglect.
- Methodological techniques for socio-educational intervention.
- Teamwork and networking.

Intress is looking for a Social Educator or Social Integrator to cover a long-term substitution (maternity leave) at the CRAE (Residential Education Action Center) located in Tortosa, Tarragona.

Work schedule: 38 hours per week
Hours: 15:00 to 22:00
Compensation: €1,607.51 gross monthly (x 14 paydays €22,505.14).
Must have a B driving license and availability to drive the center's vehicle.
