WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a
Big Data Team Leader , your mission will be to contribute to the transformation and continuous evolution of the platforms that supports the SCIB Regulatory and Compliance domain.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

Actively work on software optimization and process efficiency.
Manage a team of Big Data developers, accommodating each team member preferences with the areas in where workload is higher, balance between team members career path and product timetomarket is key.
Work on the Technical design so solutions can meet the IT reference architecture for Santander CIB.
50% of the time required to work as a senior developer, with you own deliverables.
Contributes towards technical requirements of all the products/features
Understand the business logic so you can propose enhancements to the enduser areas.
