The Human Resources Unit is looking for a People and Administration Officer to support our scientific staff, carry out administrative HR functions and provide support to implement IBEC's Policies.
The aim of the HR Unit is to reinforce IBEC's mission through delivering high-level services to all stakeholders and effectively implement HR policies throughout the organization.
The HR Unit deals with all issues related to the employee life cycle: recruitment and selection, onboarding, contracting, training and development, promotion, compensation and benefits, wellbeing, health and safety, mobilities and leave management.
Our Unit leads strategic projects such as the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R) in line with the Principles of the Charter and Code of the European Commission and the Equal Opportunities and Diversity Plan.
