Job description:


We are seeking a highly motivated and goal-driven Sales Account Executive grow the sales pipeline through the agency portfolio and via prospecting new business.

The Account Executive will play an important part in selling both to brands directly and key Italian agencies.

This role is ideal for a sales professional with at least 4 years experience, looking to develop their career in digital sales.

The role provides a fantastic opportunity to build on experience gained and develop relationships with senior decision makers across a variety of sectors


MISSIONS

  • Generate new business and manage accounts
  • Generate sell, upsell and crosselling
  • Meet tailored sales KPIs and objectives
  • Deal with Digital Media Agency as well as with Advertisers
  • Prospecting on the allocated perimeter
  • Writing of commercial proposals, response to calls for tenders
  • Leading presentations with an excellent animation capacity, both on the client and internal sides
  • Negotiation until closing with target conditions with a consulting approach
  • Contribution to the continuous improvement of the product, the CRM and the sales processes
  • Be the voice of the company in Italy

Profile:


REQUIREMENTS

  • You have a passion for sales and an impressive track record
  • You are a goaloriented person with demonstrable experience in exceeding targets
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • You demonstrate a proactive and professional attitude
  • You adapt easily to different situations and know how to organize your working time
  • You feel at ease in a startup environment
  • You have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

PROFILE

  • You are in the Digital Media Industry
  • You have good knowledge in Brand content campaign or SEO
  • You have worked in an international environment
  • You are a native Italian speaker
  • Your English is excellent in writing and speaking
  • Any other languages would be a plus
