Role Overview:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Communication Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive communication and PR strategy for the token launch, aligning with EtherMail's mission and values.
  • Network Leveraging: Utilize established connections with market makers, KOLs, influencers, and external partners to promote and support the token launch.
  • Media and

Influencer Relations:

Manage media outreach and maintain relationships with key media outlets, bloggers, and influencers in the Web3 and blockchain space.


  • Community Engagement: Lead efforts to engage and expand the community across platforms, fostering a supportive and enthusiastic environment.
  • Partnership Coordination: Coordinate with external partners to align marketing efforts and ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
  • Crisis Management: Proactively manage potential PR crises, leveraging strong communication skills and a deep understanding of the Web3 community's dynamics.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies, using data to inform adjustments and improvements.

Requirements:


  • Proven Experience: At least 5 years of experience in communication or PR roles, with at least 2 years focused on the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry.
  • Strong Industry Network: Established relationships with key stakeholders in the Web3 ecosystem, including market makers, KOLs, and influencers.
  • Expertise in

Token Launches:
Demonstrable knowledge of the token launch process, including regulatory compliance, community building, and strategic partnerships or similar experience

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans that align with business goals and adjust tactics based on analytics.
  • Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership skills with experience coordinating crossfunctional teams and external partners to achieve project objectives.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fastpaced, evolving industry and able to pivot strategies based on market trends and feedback.
