HRBP to help us support people's growth

Reporting to our HR VP, you will be located in Spain, but your scope will be worldwide. You will be part of an International HR team of 8 (Talent + HR).

Together with the managers, you will work to improve the Business impact of 100+ employees.

WHAT YOU WILL BE

A strategic partner to managers. You understand how you can best support them, detect training needs and hidden talents and co-create business value.

A credible coach. You help line managers on people issues. You play a key role in building a strong culture and better people practices.

A relation manager. You manage the relationship between the employees and the company, making sure policies are shared, understood and followed.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

A strong Business Acumen. You need to understand what the companys goals, purpose and vision are. Your actions need to drive the company toward improvement of financial performance and leadership development.

Understand employees and culture. You need to know how to get the best out of employees, how to help them stand out and stand up. You need to be credible, trusted and an ethical figurehead in the company. You need to know how to comply with all Spanish labor laws. You need to be a communication expert, who proactively uses feedback from stakeholders and employees to create value.
