  • Business Continuity Consultant
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Business Continuity Consultant to join our team.

As a consultant, you will contribute to the review and update of our Business Continuity framework, ensuring its effectiveness and alignment with Group-level strategies.

Your role will involve maintaining the Business Continuity Plan and Crisis Management Plan, organising assessments, and fostering a strong Business Continuity culture within the organisation in their Madrid Office.


Responsibilities:


  • Contribute to the review and update of our Business Continuity framework.
  • Support the implementation of Business Continuity Management precautions and controls.
  • Define the Business Impact Analysis and ensure compliance with Grouplevel strategies.
  • Review and maintain the Business Continuity Plan and Crisis Management Plan.
  • Organise and conduct assessments to evaluate our business continuity capabilities.
  • Foster a strong Business Continuity culture throughout the organisation.
  • Assist in implementing Business Continuity training and awareness measures.

Requirements:


  • Experience in the field of IT.
  • Knowledge of IT operations, risk management, and proficiency in risk analysis, including risk evaluation, mitigation plans, and control definitions.
  • Familiarity with the life cycle of business continuity programs, including associated deliverables such as process definitions, risk assessments, BIAs, business continuity strategy, disaster recovery/contingency plans, and business continuity plans.
  • Desirable (but not essential) experience in the financial sector, such as banking or insurance.
  • Knowledge and experience in certifications related to IT best practices and standards, such as ITIL and Cobit.
  • Strong ability to quickly understand and assess business unit risks.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • Advanced level of English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working in international environments with diverse cultures and countries.
