What are we looking for?

Technical Skills:

  • In the area of time series forecasting, you must be proficient in using Transformerbased methods, or their time series variants, for univariate and multivariate forecasting, and Quantile Regression.
  • You should also have deep knowledge and practical experience in pricing models, leveraging both traditional econometric methods and advanced machine learning techniques to establish optimal pricing strategies.
  • Experience in propensity modeling and scoring is also required, with background on Risks management.
  • For hyperpersonalization tasks, it is a plus if you have uptodate experience in developing and using embedding techniques, including but not limited to word2vec, GloVe, and BERT, for capturing complex patterns and dependencies in highdimensional data.
  • Familiarity with financial industryspecific regulations and standards concerning model development and deployment will be a plus.
  • With regard to the methods and tools, we mostly work with Python and Spark where you are expected to have a good track record on computer science fundamentals and programming, software engineering and system design, columnar databases, machine learning frameworks and libraries, stream processing and distributed computing.

Training:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.

Specific knowledge:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Program/Project Manager for analytical/data science projects.
  • Banking business knowledge: understanding of business problems, acts as a reference for other colleagues.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary data science teams and overall professional experience of 10 years.
  • Strong communication, storytelling based on data and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.

As a Senior Manager/Senior Expert Data Scientist, you will be responsible for leading analytical projects of the strategic agenda of the DATA area.

You will act as Product Owner, defining the product/project backlog, prioritizing team tasks and designing the product roadmap. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities.

You will be responsible for ensuring the reusability and globality of the product/project and the compliance of deliverables with Advanced Analytics discipline governance standards and best practices.

You will bring your experience and knowledge to making the best possible data science decisions that lead us to balance delivering results and maintaining analytic excellence.


Tasks:


  • Supervising the end to end of the analytical solution, including the implementation, monitoring and model adjustments.
  • Translate business KPIs into team tasks.
  • Delivery of the product backlog.
  • Follow up of the product deliverables through the committed features in every PI
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including product managers, engineers, and designers to identify business opportunities and implement datadriven solutions.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Ensure the quality of the analytical models built as well as the communication and sharing of knowledge.
  • Coordinate with your peers to ensure that the flow of knowledge and decisions are contrasted, but also to identify opportunities for improvement and new ways of working.
