David Kennedy Recruitment has partnered with a leading BPO company which supports top tech brands in providing exceptional customer care.

Together, we're looking for a Spanish and English-speaking Senior System Administrator (L3) to join their office in Barcelona.

Senior System Administrator

Remuneration:
Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide Windows and Linux Server administration
Support data storage and backup processes
Recommend and implement modifications to the server environment, including Vulnerability Patching
Support virtualization system (VMware)
Participate in the planning, designing, testing, and implementing different IT solutions
Managing the hardware infrastructure
Managing an AD environment and related services as well as Azure services
Support the L2 team.

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 5 years of experience working in a similar position
Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Windows and Linux based environments
Experience with Active Directory Domain Service (ADFS, DNS, MFA, CA, GPO, DHCP)
Experience with Azure Cloud
Experience with virtualization with VMware
Scripting skills with Powershell
Knowledge of Backup Tools and Storage
Networking knowledge (TCP/IP)
Hardware (Cabins and servers)
Have conversational level of English and Spanish to communicate with our colleagues in other regions and our internal clients
