- Independently handle end-to-end payroll processing to meet agreed timelines and key performance indicators (KPIs) or manage data/customer service activities following established schedules and KPIs.
- Support statutory and year-end reporting deadlines according to agreed timelines and KPIs.
- Utilize payroll expertise to address client inquiries and ensure a solid grasp of country-specific regulations.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices and associates on data management or customer service tasks.
- Ensure timely response to tickets and calls within Service Level Agreement (SLA) timelines and standards.
- Support system maintenance testing and collaborate with third parties.
- Complete SOC controls promptly and with necessary documentation.
- Contribute to root cause analysis for accurate details and propose preventive measures to minimize recurrences.
- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions effectively and ensure comprehension among the audience.
- Maintain documented work instructions to ensure up-to-date processes reflective of service standards.
- Report system issues/defects accurately and generate necessary tickets with details for investigation.
- Alert Service Manager about any deviations from standard service scope.
- Demonstrate ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Participate in team meetings and promptly raise any concerns to the Service Manager.
- Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders and provide updates as needed.
- Achieve 100% compliance with customer SLA agreements.
- Demonstrate professionalism and accountability.
- Adhere to security, compliance procedures, and quality standards.
- Be proactive in problem-solving and offer creative solutions for continuous improvement.
- Show ownership by clarifying roles, achieving objectives, and seeking growth opportunities.

The Role
