The Role:

This role is key for our growth as you'll be instrumental in helping us to make better decisions by transforming raw data into actionable insights.

We have an important amount of data to exploit and are looking for a sharp professional who can ask the right questions to connect the dots.

You will be working directly with our Head of Operations to:

Support daily operations by creating and nurturing data frameworks to improve execution and visibility
Leverage data to provide recommendations to management on operational decisions
Optimise internal processes to boost growth & profitability
Ensure the maintenance of internal reporting across different departments (Customer Support, Operations, Sales, Marketing)
Drive adhoc projects related to the launch of new activities and/or features (e.g. New country launch)

Our Ideal Teammate:

Language: You are fluent in English; French is a plus.

Professional Background: You have a minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in data, operations, or similar positions. Previous experience in a startup is a plus.

Goal-oriented: You care more about the final objective than how to get there. For you, a mission given is a mission accomplished.

Communication Skills: You know how to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely. Simplicity is your motto.

Technical Skills: You have experience using statistical and database software. Excel is your best friend. SQL knowledge is a plus.

Data-oriented: Being a strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving skills, your decision-making relies heavily on data analysis and you have strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills.
