What will you do
Are you creative person with the strong interpersonal and technical skills? Are you able efficiently combine creativity, functionality, and technology?

Would you like to work within a team of graphic and motion designers passionate about the creation of stunning visual content? Then we are looking for you to join us on a maternity leave contract and manage our video production content, supporting our global internal customers.


How will you do it

  • Ensure coordinated workflows amongst team members within video department
  • Edit existing video and create new video content, in support of senior internal customers and their marketing objectives.
  • Manage own project workflow and provides projected delivery dates to senior clients on new projects
  • Analyze project demands and coordinate multiple projects
  • Work collaboratively with clients to develop and negotiate project scopes and budgets.
  • Clearly present ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects.
  • Collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and bestpractise standards.

What we look for

Required

  • Extensive experience as a producer in a creative agency or production environment (digital, production, broadcast, post).
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • Proven experience with onset production and post production.
  • Client facing experience.
  • Previous experience working in a virtual or hybrid, highgrowth, matrixmanaged, geographically dispersed organization.
  • Well versed in executing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Selfmotivated and growth mindset.
  • Ability to selfmanage while managing assigned projects
  • Excellent communication skills. in English language
  • Experience with leading team

Preferred

  • Working knowledge of After Effects
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital or Broadcast production, or a related field.
  • Experience in Integrated Marketing.
  • Script writing experience.
  • An understanding of 3D production
