To support our Retail team, Sensormatic Solutions in Iberia, we are currently looking for a:


International roll-out Coordinator:

Sensormatic Solutions helps retailers deliver frictionless personalized experiences by powering accurate decision-making across the enterprise.

We make connections and bridge gaps across retail enterprises to deliver critical, real-time insights into inventory, shoppers, associates and the retail environment.

We protect assets and people by helping to ensure a safe and secure environment throughout the entire customer journey.


What you will do
Innovative EAS (Electronic Article Surveillance) solution (amongst others) deployment follow up for one of our main retail customers worldwide. Coordinate all Sensormatic and Business Partner functions ensuring a successful technology roll-out.

As support role to the Project Management Office, Top management and client communication plus reporting will be the heart of your daily activity.


How you will do it

  • Deployment Project Plan creation and management
  • Follow up the deployment of the Sensormatic solutions (RFID) with the customer and internal teams
  • Risk analysis and management
  • Cost analysis and control
  • Key Performance Indicators creation and followup

What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in Engineering with business focus or Business Degree.

Previous experience in retail in-store technology roll-out.

English, negotiation level is a must.

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced support environment while serving a diverse group of internal and external customers.

Strong communication to present and explain complex technical issues.

Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills, problem solving, and an ability to learn quickly.

Customer focused, exhibiting a strong desire to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction in a timely manner.
