Winning Consulting is looking for a
KYC Credit Control Consultant to join our team in our Madrid office.

This person will ensure that the customers fulfil their obligation under the Finance/Banking law and regulation and internal controls performed within the agreed time frame.

Responsibilities:

Collecting, validating, verifying, analyzing and processing of KYC documentation.
Maintaining the electronic client records and hierarchies in line with the clients' documentation.
Followingup with relevant team on required documentation.
Performing tasks accurately and in time conform policies, procedures and guidelines.
Performing daily controls on outstanding items.
Identifying potential risks when carrying out duties
Keep abreast of KYC regulatory development in the financial industry.

Requirements:

Bachelor/ Master degree, together with relevant working experience or legal background, and minimum of 3 years' experience with customer due diligence and/or in a similar position
Strong verbal and written communications skills
Strong organization and analytical skills
Familiarity with data entry and analysis
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to listen to customers and negotiate solutions
Fluent in English and Spanish
