Your profile

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, Marketing, or another relevant degree
  • At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position as part of an admissions team.
  • Worldwide knowledge of Educations Systems.
  • Excellent IT Skills

Microsoft Office domain:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe PDF writer. Salesforce knowledge desirable.

  • Must have attention to detail and be highly organized.
  • Must be comfortable working with large databases and doing most daily administrative work on computer.
  • Good professional presence and should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Admissions officer should be used to work as a team member and proactive.

Main responsibilities & tasks

Under the supervision of the Admissions manager, within the admissions team, he/she will provide administrative support to the assigned region/s, including general functions in phone customer service, accounting-numeracy, campus tours etc.

to give the most appropriate response to both, our internal and external customer requirements and to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.


  • Organizing and filing of recruitment documentation.
  • Providing consultations with prospective students when requested
  • Referring prospective students to specific program directors for additional information (when needed).
  • Processing student registration and payment.
  • Responding to information requests.
  • Participating in (or delivering) info sessions if needed, this will include campus tours, individual visits, fam trips and promotional events like Open days.
  • Compiles data for the purpose of preparing reports, records, or processing requests.
  • Monitors a variety of activities and provides information when required to perform functions.
  • Other duties as assigned.
