Mission:

Your responsibilities:

Develop new products, from concept to industrialization
Responsible of performance, quality, validation and cost of new products
Use SolidWorks to create 3D models and drawings
Work with a multidisciplinary team to bring products to market
Conduct laboratory and field tests to validate designs
Creation and monitoring of schedules in collaboration with Program Manager Office
Creation and monitoring of quality KPIs, FMEA and DVT in collaboration with Quality Department
Technical support for industrialization activity.

To succeed in this role, you'll need a positive attitude and the following:

Master's degree in mechanical or industrial design engineering
Proved experience on plastic part design and plastics injection molding 5+ years of experience in research and development departments
Strong understanding of mechanical design and analysis
Experience with SolidWorks or other CAD software
Knowledge of sealing and submerged or pressurized products is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in Spanish and English
Passion for excellence and enduser focus about usability and ergonomics
