Position:

As a Store Manager in Palma de Mallorca, you'll represent the Brand as an ambassador.

You'll guide and develop the store team with hands-on management and coaching, overseeing overall store management, associates, merchandise, and customer service.

Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, ensuring store profitability, maintaining high operational standards, and nurturing motivated teams for career growth within LVMH.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Team Management and Development:

  • Develop Managers to uphold the Louis Vuitton Promise through the 4 Louis Vuitton Attitudes, providing consistent coaching and identifying training needs.
  • Recruit and develop talents, ensuring succession plans;
  • Organize the team efficiently based on business needs and delegate responsibilities.
  • Translate strategic goals into concrete actions and set challenging targets for the team and individuals.
  • Motivate the team, create a positive work environment, and drive innovative solutions.
  • Coach Managers to manage and develop their teams effectively.

Client and Business Development:

  • Lead store business development and foster relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Maximize product categories in the store by utilizing available resources and fostering synergies between categories.
  • Build a loyal Clientele using clienteling tools and ensure the highest level of customer experience.
  • Represent the Brand in local activities and understand market trends.
  • Develop relationships with other Store Managers to enhance business opportunities and client experience in multistore markets.

Role Model on Selling and Floor Management:

  • Lead by example on the floor, identify potential areas for improvement, and stay informed about market trends.
  • Maximize business opportunities through sales floor management and ensure Louis Vuitton Promise standards are met.

Operations:

  • Communicate and implement Louis Vuitton policies and procedures.
  • Monitor store expenses, supervise loss prevention, asset protection, risk management, and inventory control.

Profile:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 5 years of retail experience in a managerial role.
  • Strong communication, listening, and leadership skills.
  • Client development abilities and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English (mandatory), Spanish, and/or German is a plus.
