Job Description Summary:
A HR Specialist analyzes employee related data such as personal information, professional background, and compensation matters. Maintains and updates employee information in human resources information system (HRIS). Being a HR Data Analyst ensures data is accurate.

HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities.

Individuals in this category act as the HR Manager of record for a client group. Developing conceptual knowledge of professional discipline. May include support roles with specialized expertise or technical knowledge in broad area. This role will be based in Madrid to support the 2 sites we have in Spain (Bilbao & Madrid).


Roles and Responsibilities

  • A first point of contact for employees & managers who provides leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs & HR processes. For use in businesses that are operating in the HR Partnership Model.
  • Support cultural action plans across both sites focused on feedback from employees.
  • Coach employees to utilize available HR tools and resources.
  • Applies general knowledge of business developed through education or past experience. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.
  • Resolves issues using established procedures. Consults People Leader or more senior team members for issues outside of defined parameters.
  • Filter Data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to identify and correct code problems
  • Performing analysis to assess quality and meaning of data
  • Preparing reports for the management stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data
  • Collaborates with others to solve issues. For customer facing roles, develops strong customer relationships and serves as the interface between customer and GE. Exchanges technical information asks questions and checks for understanding.
  • Handles simple data entry work requiring face value check and correction.

Required Qualifications

  • This role requires basic experience in the Human Resources & Employee Human Resource Management. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
