Strategy

  • Set the strategic roadmap across Ecommerce and Marketing.
  • Own of department P&L, Budgets, Margins, and associated companywide reporting.
  • Establish consistency in brand vision across all digital and physical touchpoints and initiatives.
  • Set all KPI's and tracking for department.
  • Responsible for endtoend customer journey including communication strategy.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies.
  • Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
    Digital Marketing and Social
  • Set and track KPI's managing internal teams and external agencies.
  • Responsible for Paid Marketing to drive traffic.


  • CRM

  • Acquisition and Retention, Database and Newsletters.
  • SEO optimised and futurefacing.


  • Campaigns

  • PPC, Facebook, Instagram, affiliates, retargeting and strategic partnerships
  • Optimise Keyword bids, caps, impressions, shares, and quality.
  • Social ensuring growth, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Oversee influencer and social collaboration strategy and delivery.
    Traditional Marketing
  • Owner of companywide Marketing Calendar, robust framework for 360 approach.
  • Manage and develop offline Marketing function events, PR and Affiliates.
  • Manage photography for use across the business campaign, lifestyle, Stilllife and Ecomm.
  • Manage Direct Mail initiatives.
  • VIP customer strategy.
    Trading
  • Owning the Online Trading strategy and reporting on weekly and monthly results; Sales, Revenue and Conversation Rate for global sites.
  • Customer journey optimisation and user testing.
  • Seasonal launches of new collections and products.
  • Ensuring site is effectively merchandised; product categories, cross / up selling and margins.
  • Manage system accuracies and crossfunctional data requirements.
  • With Finance, support on reconciliation of taxes and Duties.
  • Own the international currency and conversation strategy.
  • Drive reactive responses to commercial trade patterns.
  • Deliver firstclass customer service.
    Projects
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Roadmap all critical projects associated to website and connected Digital Marketing.
  • Suggest and lead web replatform or redesign projects.
  • Scope thirdparty partners to achieve KPI's and targets within budgetary restrictions.
    Team
  • Motivate, manage and lead to team to future success.
  • Set personal and professional objectives, with regular reviews to nurture growth.
Experience in international environments|English C1-C2
- +10 years' experience in Digital Marketing and Online Trading, ideally with knowledge of Shopify.

  • Degree in Marketing of related field.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.
  • Familiar with luxury retailing, with experience in Childrenswear being advantageous.
  • A creativethinking multitasker, who can manage their own workloads and priorities.
  • Experience of replatforming and project managing a new website from scratch.
  • Analytical in approach, passionate in execution.
  • A Team-Player and excellent communicator, a guardian of brand tone of voice.
