ABOUT THE ROLE &


TEAM:


_**As the Senior Trainer, your role is to develop and deliver training programs that enable efficient use of our SITA FOR AIRCRAFT product portfolio by customers in the aviation industry.

This involves designing courses, creating content, and revising it based on technological advancements and feedback.

You'll lead the program from planning to evaluation, ensuring alignment with industry needs and our business objectives.

Your work empowers customers with the knowledge for operational excellence, enhancing customer satisfaction and contributing to our success.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
_

Customized Training Program Development: Develop comprehensive training programs tailored specifically to the needs of aviation industry professionals, including pilots, flight dispatchers, and other operational staff. This involves deep analysis of the technical and operational aspects of SITA FOR AIRCRAFT products, ensuring the training is relevant and directly applicable to the daily challenges faced in airline operations.

Ongoing Learning Material Development: Continuously update and refine training materials based on the latest product updates, industry regulations, and feedback from trainees. This responsibility includes creating digital content, such as video tutorials and online modules, to support ongoing learning and adaptation of the products.

Training Program Management: Oversee the logístical and administrative aspects of the training programs, including scheduling, resource allocation, and participant management. This includes ensuring that all training sessions are executed smoothly and meet the high standards expected by industry professionals.

Performance Evaluation and Feedback Integration: Implement and manage a system for evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions and integrating participant feedback. This responsibility involves assessing both the immediate impact of training and its long-term effectiveness in improving operational efficiency and product utilization.

Advocacy and Continuous Improvement: Act as an advocate for both the training program and the participants, seeking ways to continuously improve the training experience and outcomes. This includes staying abreast of industry trends, learning methodologies, and technological advancements that can enhance training delivery and effectiveness.


Qualifications:

EXPERIENCE:
_


  • Bachelor's Degree and/or professional certification to demonstrate proficiency at this level.
  • 5+ years Training Experience including training evaluation.
  • 5+ years Air Transport Industry Experience as flight dispatcher or other airline operational experience
  • Proven experience in multidisciplinary, multicultural organisations or projects.
  • Advanced Training Technologies & Video based training design skills
  • Knowledge of flight dispatch product(s) in general
  • Excellent crosscultural communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent planning, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Advanced MS office skills
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • Meeting/ Workshop Facilitation skills
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written), other language will be a plus
  • Customer Focus skills
