About You:
- Education in Arts, technical architecture, or related field in design.
- Experience in visual merchandising, interior design, decoration, and project management with knowledge of current trends.
- Ability to lead projects and present them.
- Work experience in retail.
- Proficiency in relevant software (Autocad, Revit, SketchUp, Office, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Passion for home furniture solutions that enhance people's lives.
- Constantly growing knowledge, skills, and motivation.
- Driven to exceed goals and improve ways of working.
- Good level of spoken and written English (valuable).

Responsibilities:
- Contribute to positioning the IKEA store as the primary choice for home decoration in the Primary Market Area (PMA) to maximize sales and long-term profitability.
- Utilize knowledge of people's home lives and home furnishing competencies to make IKEA's offerings attractive and relevant in the local market.
- Showcase the uniqueness of IKEA's product range in settings, homes, displays, sales support, and coworker areas to stand out from the competition.
- Enhance the impact of these mediums to turn visitors into satisfied customers, encouraging repeat visits and creating vitality throughout the store year-round.
- Understand the needs and desires of people, their living situations, and buying behaviors in the local market to provide home decoration solutions that improve lives.
- Plan and implement ideas and solutions in various styles, functions, and price points to cater to diverse preferences and strengthen the exclusivity of IKEA's product range.
- Create vitality in all specialized areas, compact spaces, showrooms, self-serve area, Swedish Food Market, and activity areas to exceed visitor expectations.
- Improve the layout in areas of responsibility to create a good overall perspective and visual impact, providing a seamless shopping experience for customers.
