WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a
Private Debt Mobilization - Expert in Export & Agency Finance Loans Distribution , you will
contribuite on a senior level to the development and management of distribution capabilities for Export & Agency Finance transactions, analysing the different de-risking alternatives, managing the distribution risk and coordinating the sell down processes from different asset classes.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

Lead primary syndications, working alongside with Origination and opining on terms & conditions, structure, potential participant banks, allocations and other factors leading to a successful closing.
Foster relationships with potential investors to further develop market intelligence in terms of bank's appetite, market trends and other factors affecting lending and underwriting decisions.
Draft and review teasers, memorandums, invitations, mandate letters and other marketing materials to help in the underwriting efforts.
Review of documentation related to Export Finance as well as the facility agreement to ensure it fits with PDM EAF's needs.
Prepare / present underwriting proposals to the UW Forum, advising on pricing, structure, syndication strategy and final holds to manage the distribution risk.
Secondary sales activities, actively looking for potential banks interested, being involved in all the documentation process along with Middle Office/Agency until closing.
Monitor departmental databases to ensure the right information is properly reflected in the systems.
Provide guidance and assistance to junior staff.

EXPERIENCE

EDUCATION

Degree level of education.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Proficient in English. Spanish strong recommended. Other languages would be a major added value.
Determination, proactivity and the ability to think out of the box.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment.
Ability to understand complex financial structures and legal documents.
Excellent organisation skills, with strong capacity for autonomy able to work alone under stressful conditions in a busy and dynamic environment, with attention to detail.
An imaginative, innovative and flexible approach to identify new requirements/needs and determine how to further develop the distribution capabilities.
The ability to react swiftly to adverse and emergency situations, to propose solutions and ensure successful outcomes.
