HP Barcelona we host 12 businesses and are the worldwide HQ of the 3D Printing and the Large Format Printing businesses as well as the largest HP R&D Lab outside of the US and a fantastic Demo center.

The Large Format Printing GBU is responsible for the business strategy, product portfolio and research and development for all HP Large Format Printing products at WW level, including HP DesignJet, HP PageWide XL, HP Latex and HP Stitch printers. HP leads this very dynamic market by bringing continuous innovation to our customers.

About the role:

This is a great opportunity to join Large Format Software Quality and Automation team as a graduate

You'll be responsible for:

Leads the activities of the SW Program team, including Marketing, Customer Experience, development, quality, etc.
Ensures that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
Plans and prioritizes product feature backlog and development for the product.
Assesse value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
Provides backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories.
Keeps exhaustive track of the status of project development tasks, value proposition, customer validation activities and others using JIRA and other lean & agile tools.
Updates the management about project status, risks and needs based on qualitative and quantitative analysis (such as predictability, velocity and other metrics)
Works closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog and roadmap according to business value or ROI
Leads/Participates in appropriate agile ceremonies.

About you:

Recent Graduate in the past two years with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, Industrial engineering, or equivalent.
Expertise in multiple firmware design tools and languages (Linux, object oriented programming, C/C++).

Passion about Agile methodologies, mainly Scrum.

Availability to work on a temporary (1year) contract with the possibility of conversion.
Availability to start from November 2023 onwards
Demonstrated ability to work with a group of peers.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
