P&C Recruitment Responsible (M/F/d):

DEPARTMENT:
People & Culture (HR)
YOUR TASK

  • Recruitment and Selection of profiles in the required area.
  • Management of the Recruitment and On Boarding module (Success Factor _ SAP).
  • Continuous contact with the Managers of vacant needs.
  • Publication and management of offers in the different internal and external networks.
  • Search for new sources of recruitment.
  • Management of internal mobilities and organisational changes.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in psychology, law, business administration, humanities.
  • Profile with proven experience in similar functions to the position required.
  • Good management, communication and people skills.
  • Intermediate level of English.
  • 5 years of experience in similar functions.
