On this occasion we are looking for native Norwegian teleoperators who speak English and who reside in any area of the Spanish territory with a profile focused on receiving calls and customer service, to support a company specialized in guarantees and insurance of electronic devices for managing coverage in the event of possible incidents that clients may have.

Tasks

Receiving calls and customer service, to support a company specialized in guarantees and insurance of electronic devices.

Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service and knowledge of similar products is valuable.
Native Norwegian or advanced level.
Ability to adapt to the client.

Benefits:

Competitive salary of euros/year
Temporary 4month contract with high possibilities of continuity.
100% teleworking modality.
39 hours per week (worked 5 days a week).
Rotating shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 8:05 p.m. Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Two Saturdays a month).
Online training in English within a contract.
