EMMA is Radisson Hotel Group's new exclusive unified technology platform. EMMA is a game-changing offering, eliminating the need for a multi-system technology solution by creating one platform to power your business knowing that Every Moment Matters. Radisson Hotel Group will implement EMMA in its hotels, and we are now looking for a
EMMA Project - POS Expert to join our dynamic team here at Radisson Hotel Group to assist the Implementation Lead in the smooth and proper implementation of the EMMA system in our hotels' portfolio.


Key roles and responsibilities:


  • Gives onsite support on the POS solution for implementation
  • Performs system configuration and data migration activities 3. Manages risks and issues, successfully and rapidly escalating them (when necessary) following up and resolving them
  • Delivers excellent support in a clientfacing environment in F&B (Front Desk and M&E departments when required)
  • Delivers onthejobtraining and support on the POS solution to hotel staff and management
  • Assists the Implementation Lead in all other activities to ensure a smooth transition to the new system
  • Assist in any other activities on site or remotely, as required, to further develop the processes, training etc. to improve

Competencies & skills requirements:


  • Administration skills and highly organized


  • Operations

  • Strong Interpersonal Communication skills
  • Training experience preferred.
  • Selfmotivated problem solver; able to thrive in a dynamic and customerfocused environment.
  • Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills with precise attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain composure in stressful situations, responds to customer needs quickly and effectively, adapts to change
  • Highly analytical, technically proficient, and able to learn new tools and software quickly
  • Strong listening skills; demonstrated ability to ask effective questions
  • Ability to create reports and a strong understanding of database principles

Job requirements and qualifications:


  • Experience in the Food & Beverage
  • Minimum education: Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum experience: 23 years
  • Language skills: English (required), Spanish and French are a plus
  • Travel requirements: 80% travel (domestic and international)
