As a SecOps Engineer, you will:

  • Collaborate with the DevOps team to strengthen the security of our AWS cloud infrastructure, integrating robust security measures into our continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
  • Work alongside the IT team to ensure comprehensive security coverage of internal systems, including devices, networks, and account management.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures, aligning them with both cloud and internal IT security needs.
  • Monitor and analyze security alerts, identify potential threats, and respond to security incidents in both cloud and internal environments.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits across AWS and internal systems, identifying vulnerabilities and devising mitigation strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance and communicate security concepts to a range of stakeholders, from technical teams to nontechnical colleagues.
  • Provide support for the conduction of thirdparty penetration tests and security certifications achievement.

About you:


  • Proven experience in cloud security, preferably within AWS, and internal IT security.
  • Familiarity with network security, encryption, vulnerability management, and security monitoring tools.
  • Experience in incident response and conducting security assessments.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks and security standards (e.g., PCI DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR).
  • Strong problemsolving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
  • Relevant certifications (CISSP, CEH, AWS Certified Security, etc.), and experience in infrastructure automation and scripting languages (would be a plus).
  • Understanding of container security and orchestration tools (would be a plus).
