Key job responsibilities

Drive Multimillion DF Business Growth:
Lead multimillion-dollar business growth by spearheading collaboration across teams. Identify opportunities, establish balanced processes, and provide strategic leadership for both business and operations requirements.


Optimize Operations Performance:
Directly engage with Amazon vendors, leveraging a decade of experience in operations management. Enhance speed to delivery, on-time shipping, and overall delivery efficiency, contributing to elevated operational excellence in the supply chain.


Collaborate Across Teams:
Bring your extensive background in business development and project management to the forefront.

Collaborate with tech, product, and retail partners to identify gaps, driving continuous business development and elevating the vendor experience within the DF program.


Strategic Communication and Leadership:
Leverage your years of experience to lead Operations calls and Business Reviews. Showcase your influential communication skills to both peers and senior leadership, reinforcing your leadership capabilities.

About the team

The DF VPG (Vendor Performance and Growth) Team is at the intersection of most advanced supply chain technology, complex operations and dynamic business, we are responsible for implementing the famous flywheel - growing vendors' business while improving the operations and customer experiences.

This covers ops and business KPIs such as ontime shipping, click2promise, inventory management, forecasting, carrier collaboration, selection increase, GMS growth and market share expansion, cost and profitability, etc.

Madrid, ESP | Madrid, M, ESP

  • Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
  • Master's degree in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
  • Experience leading process improvements
  • One or more European language skill is a plus
