Key job responsibilitiesAmazon Business is looking for a UX Researcher to help reinvent how businesses buy for work. Launched in 2015, Amazon Business aims to make business purchasing easier, faster, and more efficient.
As a UX Researcher based in Madrid, Spain, you'll join a fun, growing global team of user experience experts taking a fresh-eyed look at the complex world of business purchasing, particularly on the post-purchase journey (including AI assistants, Orders, mobile experience, and Customer Service tooling).
Your focus will cover all aspects of UX research, from learning more about our customers to understand needs and motivations to validating the impact of our designs.
What you'll do:
A day in the life
The day-to-day for this position will focus on working with a more senior researcher in finding, sizing and prioritizing research opportunities; developing study plans for those research opportunities; executing those studies, and presenting the findings to stakeholders.
