Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Customer, Commercial and Supply Chain Process Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end improvement of our operations. You will use your knowledge to identify and implement improvements that will improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Establish and maintain a global customer, commercial and supply chain process strategy that aligns with the overall business strategy and ensures the delivery of highquality products and services to customers worldwide.
  • Develop and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction across the supply chain and customer domains.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of process mining tools (Celonis) and techniques to gain a deeper understanding of process flows and identify areas for improvement.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the supply chain and customer service teams, encouraging proactive identification and resolution of process issues.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of Pharma Industry and Quality Assurance: A strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.

Customer, Commercial & Supply Chain Ops Process Knowledge:Deep understanding of these processes, encompassing the flow of goods, information, and money across the entire value chain. SAP IBP, PPDS, SD, PP.

Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving:Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, enabling the identification and resolution of complex process issues and the development of effective improvement strategies.

Analytical and Data-Driven Approach:Strong analytical mindset and facility with data analysis techniques, allowing for the interpretation of process data and the formulation of data-driven improvement recommendations.

Modeling and Presentation Skills:Strong skills in process modeling (lean 6sigma or similar) and presentation, with the ability to clearly communicate process insights and recommendations to a variety of audiences.

Change Management and Communication:
Excellent change management and communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensuring successful implementation of process improvements.

Process Mining Expertise:Proven proficiency in process mining methodologies, tools, and techniques, with a demonstrated ability to extract meaningful insights from process data. Celonis as a process mining tool is necessary.

Qualification and Education: A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field is required.

Fluency in Spanish and English:Fluency in both Spanish and English, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with stakeholders across diverse geographies and cultures.

Experience (years/area): +5 years of experience in similar positions in Pharma Industry with experience at international level.
