formulate annual category planning and strategy considering local market characteristics through market research and competition analysis in Spain, promote the implementation of different projects and ensure the achievement of business goals

formulate operation strategies and plans according to the classification and stratification of sellers, guide the operation of key sellers, and find and solve main sellers' problems

quickly conduct business innovation according to the demands of the Spanish market and consumers, manage multiple projects in parallel, coordinate internal and external partners and resources to ensure the achievement of project objectives.
