    Job Description:

    You are entering the Mass Properties team, where you'll get to dive into the world of weight control loops, the vital link between mass properties and various stakeholders across an aircraft's entire lifespan. You'll discover how we back customer services, estimate mass properties in initial designs, and handle the weighing process of aircraft and components.

    • Manage overall vehicle mass data and understand mass properties (Mass, Centre of Gravity, Inertia) throughout the vehicle's lifecycle.
    • Contribute to new vehicle development, operational support, and decommissioning.
    • Define mass status, target mass, and route to target.
    • Monitor and report mass at different vehicle life stages through estimations, calculations, accounting, and weight control.
    • Validate mass through weigh-ins.
    • Support Rear Fuselage and Empennage (RFE) and aircraft customization.
    • Collaborate with various technical disciplines to optimize vehicle design.
    • Deliver mass models for Loads analyses.
    • Conduct trade studies, benchmarking, and competitors' analyses for vehicle optimization.
    • Provide support to Chief Engineering and Program decision-making.
    • Contribute to design reviews, weight maturity reviews, weight savings, and tracking mass Risk & Opportunities.
    • Support marketing with Customer Guarantees and vehicle deliveries.
    • Handle load ability, weight & balance.
    • Develop capabilities and processes to enhance Time, Quality, Cost delivery.
    • Participate in cross-functional meetings.

    • Coding skills (e.g., python, javascript, sql, etc.)
    • Proactivity, autonomy, and strong organization skills.
