Mitiga is a spinoff of the Barcelona Supercomputing Center, which hosts MareNostrum, one of the most powerful supercomputers in Europe.

At Mitiga, we want to make the world more resilient against natural hazards and climate extremes.

We're on a mission to create the most reliable technology solutions to manage climate-induced risks with science, AI, and high-performing computing.

We want to help prevent hazards from becoming disasters contributing to climate resilience, adaptation, and equity.

Your impact

  • You understand that marketing is a team sport_: you will develop and deliver programs that support sales and work collaboratively with the business, operations, and account management teams to design and create the most efficient and scalable processes and automation to accelerate business growth.
Together with sales, you will own the lead lifecycle:
lead stages/flow and conversion optimization, lead routing, database management, lead scoring, nurture streams, multi-touch pipeline and revenue attribution

  • In god we trust, for everything else, bring me the data: _you don't believe in chance. You will lead with data, working closely with the operations team to develop consistent, standardized, and reliable reports and dashboards to forecast, plan, measure, analyze, and manage marketing programs and campaigns on marketing funnel, sales pipeline, and revenue (ROI).You will continually test, measure, and learn across audiences, creative, and channelspecific tactics and iterate based on findings. You will use all these data goodies to report to leadership on marketing performance and for continued improving.
  • Build creative digital stories_: you have the ability to analyze and synthesize technical information simply and quickly to identify trends and content opportunities. You create persuasive and compelling digital content that reinforces organizational messaging, advances our mission, supports our marketing and sales goals, and drives engagement. In this capacity, you will act as the voice, tone, and moderator of the brand through community support, content distribution, and digital engagement to build brand presence and trust, both online and inperson. In all your endeavors, you know how to excel in positioning Mitiga as a thought leader slated to become the first sciencedriven climate insurtech in the world.
  • You get it that brand is a verb:_ You will serve as the custodian of our beloved brand, delivering its purpose consistently across a range of physical and digital touch points, while adapting to different channels, consumer needs, and cultural moments across marketing and communication initiatives.
