Our client, a sustainable and people centric multinational company leader in the chemical industry based in Barcelona, is currently seeking an experienced
Supply Project & Transformation Manager to lead supply projects within their dynamic multinational organization.
The role is based in the Barcelona headquarters, offering an opportunity to drive change and efficiency in our supply chain operations.
The mainresponsibilities and requirements of this role are:
- Manage and execute Supply Planning projects in the BU, with European focus.
- Implement the
OMP system in the Supply Planning area to enhance the processes. - Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure project success.
- Plan and drive activities to move from current planning procedures to the newly designed planning processes.
- Develop region planning team capabilities
- Anticipate transformation risks and issues, propose mitigation actions and escalate when appropriate.
- Ensure a good communication and integration with demand/Bus, manufacturing, procurement, logistics and finance
- Work on the transformation & continuous supply chain assessment & benchmarking
And who you'll be?
- Proven experience in managing
supply transformation projects. - Handson experience with
OMP system implementation. - Familiarity with
SAP IBP and Kinaxis is highly desirable - University Education with at least 6 years' experience in FMCG, Paint/Coating or Retail industries Supply Chain Improvement or consulting
- Consulting background will be valuable
- Change management: ability to manage a diverse range of stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and communicator, able to listen,
- Fluent in English
