Responsabilities:


  • Itify main newsworthy Production topics and messages and integrate them into the communications strategy and company's transformation plan.
  • Lead the communication agenda & timeline of the Production area.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders from the Production area.
  • Centralize all the Production communications activities by being the main Communications contact of this business area.
  • Assess Production area business needs and develop communication solutions to meet those needs.
  • Identify key opportunities to deliver effective communication messages across all types of internal channels and make it relevant and engaging for different target audiences (supervisores, RTFs, managers, direct employees)
  • Stay abreast of Production business and workplace & future trends.
  • Oversee and monitor the development of all the Production news and information in all communications channels
  • Secure the availability and execution of communication related activities and events.
  • Contribute and deliver strategic internal and external communications actions.
  • Lead and/or support any external or internal communication within the Business unit.
  • Collaborate and support the different communications departments by working in a transversal way.
Requisitos mínimos

  • We are looking for someone who wants to be part of the communications team, which will play an important role in the company's transformation and electrification journey.
  • We are looking for a dynamic, motivated and extroverted person, eager to identify newsworthy stories in the R+D area
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with different stakeholders.
  • With a positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Highly organised able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders at once, used to work under pressure, manage expectations and meet deadlines
  • Languages: high level of English and Spanish is essential. German is a plus.
