Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to progress your career in property management? We are currently hiring for an Assistant Property Manager to join our brand new
Novel Student accommodation in Seville - Palm Studios.


As Assistant Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and management of our student accommodation.

You will work closely with the Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities and provide overall support to ensure the success of the property's performance.

Your Mission

  • Provide leadership for the property on all financial and operational activities and assist the Property Manager in their responsibilities as needed.
  • Assist in managing all aspects of the property, including maintenance, leasing, tenant relations, and customer service.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our residents, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that all units are wellmaintained and meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Ensure that any maintenance issues are addressed and rectified in a timely manner, in collaboration with the Facilities & Property Managers.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any issues or maintenance needs.
  • Assist with financial and accounting responsibilities, including but not limited to: preparation of budgets, collecting & entering payments, reviewing & entering invoices for all AP and AR related items.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all propertyrelated activities.
  • Maintaining high employee morale, lead by example, and provide mentoring and training to a small team.

Your Track Record

  • Previous experience in property or hotel operations and/or leasing in the student housing or residential property management industry.
  • Excellent customer service with a clientfocused approach.
  • Experience with financials and budgets strongly preferred; basic Microsoft Excel experience required.
  • Good overall IT skills; experience with Microsoft Office and property management systems desirable.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and visitors.
  • Highly organised with a proactive approach.
  • The ability to multitask and manage changing priorities.

We offer a salary of €26,000 +bonus, along with fantastic opportunities for growth and development within our company. You will be joining a dynamic and supportive team, working in a modern and vibrant student accommodation.
