The Sales Manager Iberia Industry is responsible for growth and expansion of sales and profit margins within the industrial Iberia accounts and will be the counterpart to our Sales Manager Municipal.

This position is part of the Sales team located in any place of Iberia and will be remote.


In this role, you will:


  • Manage and own industrial market of Iberia region, ensuring the growth acceleration.
  • Be part of an extraordinary team, leading the industrial sales team of currently 7 direct reports.
  • Collaborate and develop business opportunities together with the sales management team, including projects & E&C, business development, key accounts, and sales enablement.
  • Develop, implement, and sustain a solid AP that will help to consolidate the strategy in the region, delivering the expected results.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • relevant degree in e.g. Engineering, Chemical or other technical/scientfic areas (chemistry, electronics, process, environmental, measuring or control technology).
- experience in leading a team in a high demanding environment.

  • Business analytics experience and mindset to identify root causes and areas for improvement.
  • Proven business acumen for the industrial Iberia market.
  • Willingness to travel min. 30% of working hours

El Sales Industrial Manager Iberia es responsable del crecimiento y expansión de las ventas y los márgenes de beneficio dentro de las cuentas industriales de Iberia.

Este puesto forma parte del equipo de Sales ubicado en cualquier lugar de Iberia y será remoto.
