The following will be your
main tasks and responsibilities**:

  • Support customers both internal and external with the correct operational commissioning of ESS of all sizes and configurations.
  • Be the goto person within the local Engineering team to answer questions from the CC's and Marketing about the technical performance expectations of the equipment.
  • Act as a liaison with the internal engineering team and technical service regarding issues related to batteries, inverters, connectivity and ECO controllers.
  • Provide competency development and training to customer centers, technical service and key customers regarding ESS systems using a train the trainer philosophy.
  • Assist other global production companies with technical expertise towards the development of their production localizations.
  • Be willing to travel on occasion to customer site to resolve technical issues as needed.
Frequently Traveling is a requirement for this position.


Required Education and Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in an Engineering related function such as Electrical/Electronics Engineer, Engineer or Technical Support Engineer

Knowledge of battery technologies, inverters, and controllers in industrial or automation equipment.

Engineering degree in Electrical/Electronics

High component understanding in software

English proficiency.

Possess the ability to create and present with confidence technical trainings to all stakeholders.

Be strongly customer orientated.
