THE POSITION
It's an exciting time to join LOEWE as we go through a period of rapid growth.

As Training Manager for the South of Europe, you will deploy the strategy and manage the annual training plan in the markets assigned for the store's teams across Portugal, Spain and Italy.

You will cover the training needs detected and provided employees with the skills necessary across the retail channel to achieve the goals established by the organization.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Training execution from the global training team to all the teams in the region
  • Deliver effective inperson training programs relating to brand knowledge, collections, selling ceremony and soft skills.
  • Organize the training in the best and proper way: virtually, class, individual or by groups.
  • Conduct and organize induction with new joiners and work with Store Managers to ensure smooth onboarding journey
  • Conduct in store coaching to Retail team to ensure high standards of customer service and knowledge to support them to meet their objectives
  • Identify training needs of the local market to prepare training plan according to the employees' needs to support their development to achieve identified goals
  • Work closely with Southern Europe regional office in the preparation and monitoring of the Training budget to ensure necessary resources available for implementation of training initiatives & programs
  • Conduct followups post training with participants to ensure effectiveness of the program

Profile:


PROFILE & EXPERIENCE

  • 35 years of experience in Training function in Luxury Retail.
  • Experience in facilitating both technical and soft skills training workshop.
  • Undergraduate or Graduate in Training and Development degree.
  • Excellent planning, presentation, and communication skill.
  • Ability to work closely across global and local teams. Highly collaborative
  • Fluent in English and Spanish. Any other language is a plus.
  • Selfmotivated and initiated.
  • Certified Trainer is an advantage.
