What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate should have a technical degree in IT or engineering or equivalent experience in managing or integrating the following ítems in the renewable or industrial sector:

SCADA systems.

Industrial communication protocols (IEC104, Modbus, OPC...).

OS Microsoft and Linux management.

Databases Oracle, SQL Server and MySQL.

Network devices such as CISCO and Fortinet (or equivalent).

What You'll Be Doing:

Set-up communications.

Integrate different protocols mapping.

Troubleshooting with customers to identify potential problems in configurations.

Guarantee the highest quality of the renewable asset integrations.

Update and improve processes and procedures.

Providing assistance in the use of our systems to users.

Support test with customers.

Interact with customers from the technical side in meetings for troubleshooting.

What You Need To Succeed:

Minimum of 2 years of real and demonstrated experience working with SCADAs.

Knowledge in MongDB, APIs, webhooks, data mapping and data flow.

Knowledge in network communication and systems.

Ability to communicate effectively both technical aspects in depth and technical aspects in a simple way.

Must be able to communicate effectively in English (oral and written).

Experience/Skills Desired

Experience in the energy sector.

Knowledge of programming languages (Phyton, .NET, C#).
