How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.

  • Passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills, delighting the customer with every single interaction
  • The ability to listen to the customer's needs, in turn offering confident recommendations, resulting in high satisfaction from the customer with the service they received

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluency in speaking, reading, and writing in Italian
  • Able to deliver results in accordance with policy and procedure.
  • Analytical and problemsolving skills with a growth mindset.
  • Flexible to work on shifts hours as well as weekends & public holidays (when required)
  • Ability to work an evening/night shift from 20h00 08h00

Preferred Qualifications

  • Call center experience / experience in phone servicing
  • Airline, lounge or travel industry experience required, including reservation experience
